Public Hearing Complete

At the Wednesday, May 7, 2025 meeting of Plan Commission, a public hearing was held to review the final Garden Hills Strategic Neighborhood Action Plan (SNAP). Plan Commission voted unanimously to advance the Plan to City Council for adoption as an element of the City's Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan is the policy that guides how Champaign should grow and develop in the future. Elements of the Comprehensive Plan include neighborhood plans, redevelopment plans, special topics like the Bike Implementation Plan and more.
