Street Work on the North Side of Garden Hills

Infrastructure work is underway on the North side of Garden Hills, in the project area known as Phase 3 of the Garden Hills Stormwater Infrastructure project. Currently, work is focused on Joanne Lane and Garden Hills Drive on the south side of Paula Drive. Once those two street sections are done, Stark (the City's contractor) will start working on stages that are along Paula Drive. Each stage will directly impact approximately 10-15 houses to minimize direct impact to residents. Stark will try to work efficiently to get residents back into their driveways as quickly as possible. Once a stage starts, residents are not able to use their driveways.

The staging plan can be downloaded (under 'Documents' at right). The construction generally works west to east, with the timing influenced by weather and other factors. It is anticipated that the area at Honeysuckle Lane, going east to McKinley Avenue will not begin until 2026.
