106 E. Clark Rezoning

There is a proposed rezoning case PL-25-17 for the a portion of property located at 106 E Clark Street. The application was submitted by The City of Champaign. The proposed rezoning would reclassify the portion from MFUniv, Multifamily University to CB1, Central Business Urban Fringe District. The existing and proposed zoning districts have similar uses allowed are both consistent with the City's Future Land use Map in the Comprehensive Plan.

PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
