Proposed Annexation Agreement Amendment at 3601 South Duncan Road

On May 19, 2026, at 7 pm, the City of Champaign City Council will hear a proposed amendment to the annexation agreement for Friendship Lutheran Church of Joy at 3601 S. Duncan Road. The amendment would extend the waiver from the Zoning Ordinance paving standards to allow the gravel parking lot for five years for the Friendship Lutheran Church of Joy located at 3601 South Duncan Road, unless the use changes or expands by 500 square feet. The amendment would also extend waivers from the subdivision regulations,
