Proposed Major Amendment for Special Use Permit at 702 N. Edwin St.

On May 6, 2026, at 4 pm, the City of Champaign Plan Commission will hear a proposed major amendment for the Special Use Permit for 702 N Edwin Street. The proposed amendment allows the demolition of two existing structures and minor changes to the location of the battery storage system and pollinator gardens. A major amendment is required due a change to the approved site plan.
