SeeClickFix
Out and about and see a problem you want to report to Champaign Public Works?
Use SeeClickFix to report a wide range of issues from graffiti to potholes.
Reporting issues through SeeClickFix allows users to map the location and description of the problem - and even include a photos. This helps let us know if the City should send a single truck or a whole crew to address the concern. Once you submit a report, a service request is automatically entered into Champaign Public Works' work order management system and routed to the appropriate personnel to respond. Once the situation is resolved, staff will update the status in SeeClickFix. Registered SeeClickFix users will get status updates throughout the process.
But SeeClickFix is not for everything
Emergency situations (like traffic signal outages) should always be reported to Champaign Public Works immediately at 217-403-4700. This number provides an option to also report after-hours emergencies. City staff actively monitor SeeClickFix service requests during regular business hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mon-Fri).
SeeClickFix should only be used to report infrastructure-related problems in Champaign. Please understand that some issues may be outside our jurisdiction, including maintenance of state highways running through Champaign [including Springfield Avenue (Hwy 10) and S Neil Street (Hwy 45)], or University of Illinois-owned property.
