Infrastructure Investments

The Garden Hills neighborhood is undergoing transformative infrastructure investments, with construction now underway. These investments will improve storm water drainage, install streetlights throughout the neighborhood, rebuild streets, and add sidewalks. The centerpiece will be the new Hedge Park to be built at Hedge Road and Garden Hills Drive.

Envisioning the Future

These investments are a launchpad for additional quality-of-life improvements for Garden Hills residents. City staff are currently collaborating with residents to complete the Garden Hills Strategic Neighborhood Action Plan (GH-SNAP). This action plan will outline the short and mid-term actions that are needed to move the Garden Hills neighborhood forward together. A new Tax Increment Finance (TIF) district has also been established, which will result in new funding for neighborhood reinvestment in future years.

Please review the project materials and share your feedback. We are happy you're here!
